3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Little bottle, single-serve lambic? Okay. Decent funky/sour nose here, but the palate falls flat with boxboard oxidation really drawing away from the rather simplistic yeasty sour body. Just okay.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle at home for lunch after household chores, from BOE, 05/09/13.
Pours a lightly hazed golden amber with a white head formed of bubbles that stays for a while then thins to a swirl.
Nose is grassy, damp wood, must, lemon rind, rotted apple core.
Taste comprises bitter fruit, lightly tarte and sour, hint of dry rot, light funk, lemon rind, faint acidic notes.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, crisp and dry in the finish.
Solid enough gueuze but a little, but not overly, sweet in the taste, would prefer less of this and more dank.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle picked up along my travels.
A - Pours hazy golden orange with a small one finger tall off white head leaving spotty trails of lace down the glass.
S - Smells of a decent amount of barnyard funk, wet grass, green apple skins, lemon zest, oak and some light sweetness.
T - Starts off with the barnyard funk and fruity zip but compared to how it smells it is a little bit muted. The oak, green apple and light sweetness round things out. Finish is tart with a decent amount of dryness, lingering on the palate long after the finish.
M - Medium body with moderate carbonation. Crisp, dry feel from start to finish.
O - A decent enough gueuze. Not at the top of my list for the style but it is still solid and definitely worth the lower than average price.

3.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
On tap. Pours a hazy dark golden with a thin beige head that leaves a thick yet spotty lacing. Dusty citric yeast aroma, almost a sweet-tart aroma. Intensely tart flavor, lightly sweet, lightly bitter. Lighter bodied, crisp, puckering, with a drying woody finish. A nice brew, very tart, strange aromatically with the candy notes, but over all cool to drink.

2.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
18 Aug 2013, tap. Light gold, clear, occasional bubbles. Nose is very sour, faint cobwebs and faint oak. Thin body and mildly fizzy. Meh. Sour but has hints if shrimp. I'm not a fan. This is kind if rough.
