I haven’t had too many Lambics so I didn’t know what to expect. Citrusy and lasting sourness. Copper color. No bitterness. Effervescent. Interestingly tastes like a few beers that I’ve made unintentionally.

375ml bottle pours a golden orange color with a finger and a half of white head that settles quite quickly leaving a few spots of lacing on the glass. Aroma is lemon with some funky yeast and herbal notes. Taste is a bold lemon tartness with a herbal hop bitterness and a funky dry yeast finish. Light bodied with generous carbonation. Quite a nice gueuze that is very flavorful with a lot of pucker power.

375ml green bottle. Golden orange with yeast haze and white foam. Nose is tart with light funk, dusty, yeasty. Taste is tart with lemon notes, white wine, yeast, sweat. Thirst quenching, pretty nice gueuze. Best before 11- 2024.

Nice gueuze. Not a super complex or dry gueuze but tons of musty funk and heavy with citrus zest. A nice and floral aroma with a pinch of spice and crisp wheat malts. The pour is a bright straw golden colour with a steady carbonation stream and a thick white head.

375ml dark green bottle bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. 5 % abv. Off-white bubbly head, cloudy golden body. Citrus tartness and basement on the nose. Juice fruity tartness on the taste buds, yeasty esters. Dry citrus ending. Nice cleanser and thirst quencher (shared with djoeye, Tromsø 09.10.2015).

Bottle into a tulip. Pours a clear medium orange, with a small white head that quickly fades. Nose is sour fruit and citrus, and the taste follows. Well balanced, not overly tart. Nice.

Look; off white good head, about clear light amber body. Aroma; fruit bowl of sour apples and plums, gazzy malts, sour butter. Taste; big bowl of sour fruits, gazzy malts, linoleum - leading to a sour juicy fruity finish. On palate doughy. Overall; as original as expected. [37.5cl green bottle, abv5%, #06/2025, B@Vinmonopolet Narvik NO]

9 year and 3 week old bottle!!! Wasn’t sure what to expect. Clear, not much head. Aroma of apple, pear, oak, acidity, and some mellow funk. Flavor is pretty much the same, without being overly sour. This is a really nice surprise, especially for the age.
