3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
I havenít had too many Lambics so I didnít know what to expect. Citrusy and lasting sourness. Copper color. No bitterness. Effervescent. Interestingly tastes like a few beers that Iíve made unintentionally.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
On draft at Beer Market, served in flute glass. Poured hazy peach tone with thin off white head. Citric acid, lemon, tarty goodness. Big sour finish. Yes please on a hot summer day.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Older bottle from Jasperís
Hazy golden lemon color with a decent sized off white head that dissipates quickly. Big lemony nose with lots of hay grain and earthy funk. The flavor is refreshingly lemon tart with bits of barnyard and rotting silage with a faint acetic component. Medium body with a moderate level of carbonation and a bitter puckering mouthfeel. Not horrible and you canít beat the price.

0,75l fles gedeeld met lion nikos. Oranje met crŤme kraag. Geur is moutig, smaak is zuur maar zonder de fruitigheid. Afdronk droog trekkend. Lekker maar mist wat fruitigheid.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle at home in London with Lyoli - picked up at Ales by Mail. Pours clear gold, lightly effervescent, with a creamy, off-white head. The aroma holds some damp leaves, grass, lemon rind, earth, bread. Light sweet flavor with citric, lemony tartness, some pale bready sugars, moist leaves, light grassy bitterness, wood. Light bodied with average, spritzy carbonation. Clean and somewhat sharp on the finish, with more lemon, some woody dryness, damp grass. The more I drink it the more I like it. Pretty solid.

4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours a clear gold with a big then small head of foam that leaves good lacing behind.
It smells sour. ..vinegar like with some fruit and much funk.
It is pretty sour..fruit unidentifiable, vinegar, mild sweet notes throughout, and a very musty funky kick to it.
Light bodied with light carbonation.
Another tasty sour beer that I can get locally. Nice!

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Orange like pour. wood and citrus mix with funk and lemon. Tart pie but fairly balanced. has decent length and is very approachable. I wish I would have aged this one a bit more than it already was. Will drink again.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
12.7 oz bottle this was beer from Christmas 2014. I had it placed in the refrigerator where it was not noticed until summer. The Lambic poured a clear amber with small head that dissipated. The nose detects sour fruit and this is magnified in the taste. This is my first of this class. It is more interesting than the Belgium Whites The lambic had a medium body with very soft carbonation. I have much to learn about this style of beer.

0,33l bottle. Heavy sour, mild fruit. Tart and dry on the tongue. Astringent. Turning to vinegar. Harsh. Interesting but not so nicely balanced as other ones.
