Look; off white good head, about clear light amber body. Aroma; fruit bowl of sour apples and plums, gazzy malts, sour butter. Taste; big bowl of sour fruits, gazzy malts, linoleum - leading to a sour juicy fruity finish. On palate doughy. Overall; as original as expected. 9 year and 3 week old bottle!!! Wasn’t sure what to expect. Clear, not much head. Aroma of apple, pear, oak, acidity, and some mellow funk. Flavor is pretty much the same, without being overly sour. This is a really nice surprise, especially for the age.

Bottle from vinmonopolet@Valkendorf. Aroma of cool citrus, sour red berries, green apple, hints of mint. Deep golden amber, clear, medium off-white head. light sweetness, lightly bitter, medium sourness, tastes of lemon, lime, red berries. Light body, fresh carbonation. Tart and crisp, heavy sour attack, but mellows out to a nice refreshing taste.

12.7 Fl. Oz. Bottle. Poured cloudy, dark orange in color with a nice off white head, head dissipated quickly, no lacing. Aroma of sour apples, some malts, and some grass. Taste of green apple and citrus fruit, combined with some cereal notes and some caramel notes. Dry finish. Crisp and refreshing, and certainly very interesting.

Very sour. Not bitter. Not a beery taste but not fruity either. But a second to St. Louis Tradition ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
