Crystalline lemon yellow pour with a negligible head. Nose is citric, with an umami undertone. Taste is a general tart, with few individual notes standing out. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Orange like pour. wood and citrus mix with funk and lemon. Tart pie but fairly balanced. has decent length and is very approachable. I wish I would have aged this one a bit more than it already was. Will drink again.

12.7 oz bottle this was beer from Christmas 2014. I had it placed in the refrigerator where it was not noticed until summer. The Lambic poured a clear amber with small head that dissipated. The nose detects sour fruit and this is magnified in the taste. This is my first of this class. It is more interesting than the Belgium Whites The lambic had a medium body with very soft carbonation. I have much to learn about this style of beer.

0,33l bottle. Heavy sour, mild fruit. Tart and dry on the tongue. Astringent. Turning to vinegar. Harsh. Interesting but not so nicely balanced as other ones.

Flaske 375ml fra Vinmonopolet, Tromsdalen. Brukt som aperitif i Skibotn 1 Mai 15. Gyldenbrun. OK luftig skum som daler sakte. Litt uklar. God svakt syrlig fruktaroma. Smaken passe syrlig - men litt tynn. Spor av bringebær i avslutningen.

Bottle. This is a very inexpensive and delicious lambic. I saw St Louis and imagined it might be shite. Was very pleasantly surprised. Pours Golden with a fluffy White head. Great balance of funky earthiness and tart lemon. Nice and sour. A great table Gueze.

Bottle. Gold color with a nice head. Don’t understand the style. Really nasty taste and aroma. I really don’t care for sour beers.

Aroma of tart fruits, sour apple, some funk. Flavour is medium sour and slightly sweet. This is rather mild for a Gueueze and definitely not anywhere near top of the line, but still a very enjoyable and refreshing beer.
