On tap at Beachwood BBQ poured into footed tumbler. Appearance is orange-gold with some cloudiness, a thin ring of bubbles, and a few spots of lacing. Aroma is tart citrus, barnyard funk, cider vinegar, and some green apple sweetness. Taste is briefly sweet citrus, quickly replaced by tart vinegar and lemon sourness. The funkiness is there, too, but less than the nose indicated. Medium body, thin texture, active carbonation, crisp, drying, puckering finish.

Milky aroma with oak and smoked cheese. Sour, absolutely dry cheesy flavor. Citrusfruit. Very little oak. Maybe a bit thin, but very good traditional sour geuze lambic from a non-traditional lambic brewery in West Flanders. 2012 bottle, tasted july 2014. Amber color. Chewing gum, lemon and hazelnuts in the aroma.

0.375l bottle. This is a deep orange looking cloudy one, filled with lots and lots of small floaters and sediments. It also has a nice medium sized off-white head. Smells nice. It’s woody, lots of pear and some apple. Generic fruits, some earthy things and hints of burned matches. A fairly decent amount of lemonic sourness in the taste. A nice light oily feeling in the mouth and it’s about average on the bubbles. Woody, soft sour green apples and lemon juice. Some grapefruit also in the blend here. It’s actually quite refreshing. I also get a sour tomato flavor - that I quite like! Ends with a almost nutty aftertaste. Did not mind this at all. 13.09.2014

Serving: from bottle--purchased at Full Throttle Bottles. Aroma: light citrus, bread and horse-blanket. Appearance: average-sized, fizzy, off-white initial head with fair lacing and mostly diminishing longevity. Hazy, light-amber body. Taste: heavily sour initial flavor and heavily sour, lemony finish with average duration. Palate: light body, watery texture and lively carbonation. Overall: complex, easy to drink and refreshing.

Aug. 11, 2014. Bottle from LCBO. Lovely aroma as soon as I opened it: peach, apricot, tart sour grapes. Cloudy yellowy orange colour with white head. Lovely tartness, very crisp. Sour grapes, peach flavour. Quite. nice.

Excellente lambic très acide et surette. On a l'impression de boire un concentré de bonbons aux pêches/agrumes. Ça rafraîchit et donne le goût de reprendre une autre gorgée. La finale reste sur la langue et est fruitée. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle shared. Pours an almost clear golden orange with a thin off white head. Aroma is funky, dusty, musty cellar, citrus, tart light fruit, peach notes and light barnyard. Flavour is over moderate sour. Over medium bodied with light to moderate carbonation. Not bad at all.
