Simply stunning! This one is a little sour, with good tartnetss. Beautiful haze orange/honey color bright, unfiltered so it does throw some sediment/yeasty goodness.a lovely bright tart nose. This is certainly a nice treat on a hot summer day. Grab a hunk of fatty soft ripened cheese and go at it.

Excellente bière sure. Inégalée à mon avis, elle saisit à chaque gorgée, un bonheur à boire!

Dangerously good beer....balance of tart and sweet so fine that fruit seems an irrelevant syrupy adjunct....warms the heart and soul while keeping the tongue alive, excellent (Locolatl)

The Gueuze. On tap at Rattle ’N Hum. Wow what a crisp clean gueuze. Pours a golden orange color with little to no head. Has a tarty aroma. Has a nice crisp tart taste with some gentle bitters througout. Just a great gueuze. Smooth in relation to other gueuze’s. Love it.

Slightly hazy copper/amber coloured body with even darker orange highlights and a super-small tan head. Aroma of tart lemons, grass, hay, sour cherries, light german hops and a small amount of wheat - definitely mouth-watering! Medium-bodied; Nice bubbly feel in the mouth with puckering sourness, a very strong malt backbone and a taste that is out of this world. Nice grassyness, good malt and a light hop character with some tart flavours that drive the taste straight to the palate. Aftertaste is mouth-watering, making you really desire that next sip. Overall, one of the best lambics i’ve had - definitely worth trying if you can find it! I sampled this 37.5 cL split bottle purchased at Whole Foods in Vienna, Virginia on 04-September-2005 on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. This bottle was made in May of 1993 - a 12 year old bottle at the time of sampling - noticed only AFTER drinking the bottle!!!

Bottle. I had the privilege to taste this beer in the castle with the proud brewer and the owner of the brewery. It was a shock that almost took the enamel off my teeth. very dry in taste and very sour, yet complex. It gave me an idea how much sugar was added by other commercial brewers

Light golden yellow. Aroma of funk and grass. A nice tart flavor, almost like a cider. Taste like tart apple and fruit. Very light body. Almost champagne like. Very refreshing and drinkable. I could drink this one all night long.
