Herring Creek Camping beer tasting - while this wasn’t one of the best gueze’s out there, it was still really nice. Kind of like a Introductory to Gueuze kinda beer. It won’t kick you in the balls with it’s intensity, but it will perk you up and let you know you’re drinking one. Aroma is slightly cheesy, sour, light vomity, hay with just a touch of white wine. Flavor is on the musty side, a little more cheese, medium sourness/lemony, light oak-y-ness with a bone-dry, semi-mouth strippin feel. Love this stuff.

20.09.2016 - Almost no head, aroma is lactic sour, bit sweet. Theres also a light sweetness in the taste beside the heavy sourness of apples. Got a dry sour finish.

Bottle at home. Two year old. As 5 % alc. vol. Has a slightly hazy orange brown colour with a small off-white head. Aroma of forest floor, rowan berries, plums, spices, apple cider vinegar, moist basement, flowers and barn yard. The flavour is similar with more spices, rowanberries, citric acid, blue cheese and forest floor. Has a slick and silky mouth feel, medium to full body and a light bitterness. A powerful gueuze with lots of spices and sour berries. A little more balance would’ve been nice.

Nice amount of mild sour. Relatively dark for the style. Nothing off about this, it's just a matter if the sourness meshes well with the malt caramel background. I say it's good, but probably avg for the style. Bottle from Sherbrooke. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

375ml bottle. Fresh sour aroma. Pours cloudy bronze with a very small head. Well carbonated. Sour flavour with some notes of strawberry and raspberry. Medium body. Sharp sour finish.

I liked this. A little funk in the aroma. The body has a medium sourness throughout. Works for me.

Rating #1797 - 2015 Farmhouse Fest UBC - Draught - Pours hazy golden with almost no head to speak of, like pear juice. Aroma of orange peel, lemon juice, and brett. Quite tart and juicy with a pronounced sourness - lingering acidity into the finish. Nice.

Zoet zurige ziltige aroma. Fris gouden kleur met een klein schuimkraagje. Smaak van een typische gueuze zurig ziltig maar zoetig. Een typische gueuze maar iets uitgesprokener in de zoete kant.

Beermarket.hu Tasting session @ Budapest. Sour and sweet on the nose, almost a bit sherry like. Lovely and tart to taste with a touch of toffee on the finish. Very refreshing.
