Pours a flat hazy pink orange color with 0 head and a very small amount of carbonation. Aroma is barnyard funk, sour yeast, and lemon. The taste is dry and slightly sour. Itís a lot like a champagne without the carbonation. Very interesting. Iím a big fan.

Excellente lambic très acide et surette. On a l'impression de boire un concentré de bonbons aux pêches/agrumes. Ça rafraîchit et donne le goût de reprendre une autre gorgée. La finale reste sur la langue et est fruitée. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

"first time trying the Gueuze style, but itís quite similar in flavor to a few of the flemish sours we had a couple weeks ago. pours a less than inviting straw/orange with a thin white head only when vigorously poured. the aroma was a little too much funk for me, but it got better as it warmed. the flavor was sour & tart & not much else. it started out with a strong resemblance to green olives which i did not like in a beer...but as it warmed, i liked it quite a bit better, although if iím going the sour route again iíll go for a Duchesse or Dissident."
