Pours a flat hazy pink orange color with 0 head and a very small amount of carbonation. Aroma is barnyard funk, sour yeast, and lemon. The taste is dry and slightly sour. Itís a lot like a champagne without the carbonation. Very interesting. Iím a big fan.

0.375l bottle. This is a deep orange looking cloudy one, filled with lots and lots of small floaters and sediments. It also has a nice medium sized off-white head. Smells nice. Itís woody, lots of pear and some apple. Generic fruits, some earthy things and hints of burned matches. A fairly decent amount of lemonic sourness in the taste. A nice light oily feeling in the mouth and itís about average on the bubbles. Woody, soft sour green apples and lemon juice. Some grapefruit also in the blend here. Itís actually quite refreshing. I also get a sour tomato flavor - that I quite like! Ends with a almost nutty aftertaste. Did not mind this at all. 13.09.2014

Serving: from bottle--purchased at Full Throttle Bottles. Aroma: light citrus, bread and horse-blanket. Appearance: average-sized, fizzy, off-white initial head with fair lacing and mostly diminishing longevity. Hazy, light-amber body. Taste: heavily sour initial flavor and heavily sour, lemony finish with average duration. Palate: light body, watery texture and lively carbonation. Overall: complex, easy to drink and refreshing.

Excellente lambic très acide et surette. On a l'impression de boire un concentré de bonbons aux pêches/agrumes. Ça rafraîchit et donne le goût de reprendre une autre gorgée. La finale reste sur la langue et est fruitée. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle shared. Pours an almost clear golden orange with a thin off white head. Aroma is funky, dusty, musty cellar, citrus, tart light fruit, peach notes and light barnyard. Flavour is over moderate sour. Over medium bodied with light to moderate carbonation. Not bad at all.

DWG; Bottle 37, 5 cl. Pours murky golden orange with a lasting, frothy to creamy, lacing, off-white head. Nose fills with green apples and berries, vinegar, hay, spice and light cellar. Taste is moderate sweet and sour, light bitter and warming spicy with a lasting, sour finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is avarage.

Bottle. Golden color with white head. Aroma is sour, citrus. Flavour is sour, citrus. Little bit disappointed, feels its missing some balance and more power.
