1.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20 Tranquillity (1314) - Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - OCT 22, 2011
Orange body, small white head. Metallic aroma. The taste is very... plastic. The sugar and acesulfan-K doesn’t fit at all and makes the beer barely drinkable. You don’t mix rat poison with red wine, so why mix ace-k with beer? I feel sorry for investing in this bottle...
1.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20 77ships (744) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - SEP 12, 2011
bottle@bar: hazy, murky orange/amber with a white head, smells sickeningly sweet of corn syrup, metal mixed with barnyard funk & rotting hops, taste is a completely unholy conjunction of sticky corn syrup, cough medicine, caramel & mustiness, rotting lemons & barnyard funk if it was purely sweet this might have been nice but the sweetness mixes with the mustiness & barnyard funk, hay makes this taste like medicine or cough syrup, my friend who doesn’t like beer, though that this is awesome, comes to show where the appeal of this lies, I suppose that it does have a reason to exist
3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20 reebtogi (1568) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - AUG 9, 2011
375mL bottle from LCBO in Thunder Bay, ON. Poured clear amber with light white head and little to no lace. Aromas of caramel and some yeast. Taste is slightly sweet with some yeast and a long sour finish. Light bodied and well carbonated for a decent mouthfeel.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 northropfrye (653) - Steinbach, Manitoba, CANADA - AUG 8, 2011
Bottle. Clear and amber. Nice and sour, but not too much. A decent lambic gueuze.
4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20 SanfordBrewer (1205) - Sanford, Florida, USA - JUL 13, 2011
Typical lambic sourness with hay and a bit of fruitiness. Not amazingly complex, but decent.

Nice colour for a gueuze, slightly orange which i like. Smells like celler, cork, sour. Same thing goes for taste. Mouthfeel was decent.
2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 Benzai (2298) - Oirschot, NETHERLANDS - JUN 19, 2011
Clear orange/yellow color. Smell isn’t that bad, though it doesn’t really invite me to take that first sip. The taste confirms that. Little sweet, lots of sourness.
2.2 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 BMan1113VR (6145) - Los Angeles, California, USA - JUN 16, 2011
St. Louis Gueuze (25cl Belgian bottle with a best before date of 10-2012). Pours with a completely clear golden body with a large, off-white head that slowly fades. Aromas of funk, slightly rancid, orange, spice, summer day urinal, wheat, and sugar. Light spicy notes and some esters. Flavors of are spicy, raw wheat, vanilla, marrow (umami/fat), a hint of brett, plastic, styrofoam, chlorophenols, medium to low tartness, artificial sugar, creme brulee. Messy. Phenolic. Lively bubbles. Not very good. Fond Tradition is far superior.
