375 ml bottle. Clear golden with white head. Aroma a bit barney, some brett but with sweet artificial notes. Taste is sweet and artificial but has some faint lambic notes hidden far in this abomination. Why would you ruin a gueuze with stevia??

Bottled 0,33L. Medium hazy aspect with creamy and duration head. Fresh and crisp nose with mellow and aged flowery aroma. Crisp and sour mouth, fresh and acidulous taste. Sweetish long final.

An abomination for the name gueuze. This one is way too sweet and artificial. They should fine St. Louis for abusing the noble gueuze image for this beer.

UPDATED: MAY 24, 2014 Fles gedeeld met bryanvdv. DNF

UPDATED: MAY 25, 2014 Fles gedeeld met rikstar. Goudgeel helder bier. Aroma van kauwgomballen. Smaak is zoet, had wat anders in gedachte bij een geueze. Tegenvaller! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

W aromacie trochę wioski, więcej słodyczy, niezbyt ciekawie. W smaku za słodko jak na styl, końska derka obecna gdzieś w tle, wodnisty finisz. Nieudane piwo, choć bez większych wad.

this is insanely nasty beer, chemical sweetness with no real flavour, nobody should drink this

Horrible. Flat, and acidic in a bad, vinegar way. At the price, better stick with the proven brews: Boon, Lindemans, Cantillon and Girardin.

Bottle at Tom’s hostel, from beer tempel. Good appearance, nice clear copper - gold pour with thick white head. Aroma is kind of gross, sick moldy grain smells, gastric acid and acetone. Taste is also pretty crappy, moldy, metallic and sweet. Palate is sweet, med bodied and low carbed. Save me.

I’m not too familiar with sour beers, this is my second. Soft aromas of apples, cherries, raspberries and bready yeasts. Taste is sour cherries but a bit of malt too. Not very sour at all just a well felt acidity all along a bit like an oak aged beer. I enjoyed it.

Bottle (250 ml). Slightly hazy golden with a medium off-white head and good lacing. Aroma is of brown sugar, light funk, metallic notes and grains. Taste is grainy with brown sugar, metallic notes and almost no funk. Medium body. Moderate carbonation. Unpleasant sticky finish. One of the worst "gueuze" I have tried yet. Not only bland, it’s bad.

Bottle (250 ml) @ Pub St-Alexandre (Québec). Clear golden/amber with a small off-white head and little to no lacing. Aroma is sweet with light barnyard and brown sugar. Taste is moderately sweet with caramel and mild fruity notes... not barnyard here. Light to medium body. Low to moderate carbonation. Slightly sirupy. Not dry enough for a Gueuze. Not as bad as I thought it would be... but still pretty bad. Too sweet for a Gueuze. No complexity.
