corn and sugar making it an easy drink after a lot of work. Popular with my mates, and a nudge to transition them away from macros. Not a quality geuze but I have had worse and less drinkable. Light body. The cork was a good quality.

Bottle after cellar accident shashed the neck off the bottle so i filtered it through a tea towel and got about 75ml. Aroma is reminisant of a flemish sour more than a lambic, tart cider vinigar and some funky hints, some sweet balsalmic notes also. Taste is sweet and sour, vinigar more than sour funk, still quite nice. My cuboard stinks of it now.

Draft at Capones. Pours a hazy amber body with a white head. Frunky citrus, peach and some dry vinous wood. Brett and a dry finish. Maybe its better on draft.

Bottle picked up from Beers of Europe late April. Poured light amber in colour with a small white head, slightly acidic aroma but tempered somewhat, almost like when you are sweating off some cooking apples in a pan with a bit of dark sugar. Taste is a bit sweet for a gueuze, but pleasant enough some tangy appleness comes through again with an oakiness, enjoyable but nowhere near the best of this style.

Pretty nice, light texture, decent flavour, however its a bit sweeter than i like, bit of earthiness in there but also a bit of candy sugar, decent, but as per says, to sweet to be good.

Bottle. Very low white head. Hazy light yellow body. Vinegar aroma. Acidic grape fruit flavor, simple and easy.

Orange amber body with a small fluffy white head. Acidic aroma with some mild funk and citrus in the aroma. Flavour is slightly sour, with a thick artificial feeling sweetness underneath. Lingering tang in the aftertaste. Smooth medium palate is a bit syrupy on the tongue.

Radek Kliber (5171) - Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), POLAND - APR 25, 2005
Fairly light sweet and sour aroma. Light bodied with strong sugary front. For lambic very shy in sour notes. Reminds me of very sweet sparkling wine. It seems that maker tried to make introductory, light gentle lambic but in the final result no one will be happy.
