Countbeer (1686) - Best of Eindhoven ohne Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - APR 25, 2011
Bottle: Big white head on top of a clear yellow orange beer. Smell sweets, grains, fruit and a hint of yeast. Taste is more sweet than sour: grains, yeast, wheat, wood, yellow fruit, sweet and sugars. Aftertaste of grains and sweets. Medium carbo, soft tingly mouthfeel, medium body and a light watery texture. Not that sweet, still too sweet for a gueuze.
