Bottle 25cl (ABV 4.0 %). A clear red colour with a medium high pink head. An aroma of cherries and almonds. The taste is light sour, light bitter. A medium body and oily texture. A fresh kriek.

denaldi version of this ( called vieux bruxelles ) wich has a funy little bottleshape . a bit alikle the duvel-kind, but in a smaller size...
pours pretty dark red. small , fast fading white head
smell is pure cherry, bit sweetened , artificial for sure !
soft carbo . not complex at all. pure cherrys. for my taste just onto that borderline of to much . artificial. its sweet, but it istn pure syrup like lindemans... its doable

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle, Dining Bar Okinawa: poured dark red with a light pink head. Cherries of course dominate this beer. Very sweet as is typical with St. Louis lambics. I liked it as a follow up to an Orval.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle. Pours red with a massive head. Aroma is very sweet and cherry-like, with sugar and succades. Flavour is likewise sweet with a sugary cherry almost reminiscent of artificial sweetened fruit juice. Not actually bad, but far from the usual nice and fresh lambic sourness.

0,25 liter flesje @home. Ik dronk de Vieux Bruxelles Kriek Lambic. Maar deze staat ook bekend onder de naam St.Louis Kriek. Best lekker verfrissend biertje.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours a light red with small pink head. Very sweet berries and cherries, with some tartness to keep from being too cloying. OK, but about 3 ounces is enough.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle. Pours dark red, clear liquid with pink, frothy head. Aroma is cherries with cough sirup with a touch of yeasts. Sour cherries in taste, also some sweetness. Beer is very light, sticky textured, very fizzy carbonation. Short sour finish. Not a best lambic, but definetly not a worst, solid middleground in this category.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Unclear red, off white head with a little pink tint. Taste and aroma rather sweet cherries, a bit artificial and clearly sweetened.
