yespr (5521), Copenhagen O, Denmark Jul 9, 2008 St Louis Kriek Lambic, 4.0%, 25 cL bottle. Pours clear and deep imperial red with a lacing pink head. Dense cherry aroma, sulphorish and lending towards almonds. Flavour is sweet and acidic, intense cherry flavour. Holds a mild sulphorish dryness. Goes from sweet to acidic/citric into dry and sulphorish finish. Rciesla (712), Brick City, New Jersey, USA Jul 3, 2008 Draft at the Ginger man. Oh man no one seems to like this one. Pours a red ruby body with a tin head. Sweet cherries all the way and very sweet. Very drinkable but only 4.5%. I enjoyed this quite a bit but not as much as in comparison to mixing it with chelsea cream stout. liinis (351), Finland Jun 8, 2008 0.25l bottle purple red colour with pink head. sweet and soft. slightly bitter. simple, not great, but ok. ha1ag (214), Netherlands May 23, 2008 On the tap in Lantern in Mestreech. Nice Red colour with soft reddish thin head cherry nose.( we still call it a beer ?!?!?!) Aroma is like cherrypie. Bitterness of the beer only appears at the first snip as flavour appears. Nicely composed limonade, very drinkable.
