Ungstrup (11075), Frederiksberg, Denmark Aug 12, 2008 Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet buttery combined with light notes of brettanomyces. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of butter and an acidic note of lemon, leading to a dry bitter finish. Thanks yespr for sharing. Papsoe (9999), Frederiksberg, Denmark Feb 9, 2007 (Bottle 25 cl) Clear, dark amber with a rough, off-white head. Sourish aroma with notes of wood. Medium body with a fairly distinct sourness and then the pleasantly smooth and burned caramel sweetness from the brown sugars. A perfect melange of sweet and sour. Can’t help it, but I really, really dig this stuff. 050207 yespr (6259), Copenhagen O, Denmark Aug 12, 2008 25 cL bottle. Pours cloudy and golden amber with a lacing off-white head. Caramel and mild citric aroma. Flavour is citric to acidic with raisin like flavour to mild malty. Slight herbal flavour/aroma on the back the back of the nose. oh6gdx (5857), Vaasa, Finland Jul 24, 2006 Bottled. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma of sour hops and candy sugar. Flavour is hops and candysugar also. Wellbalanced, and not too sweet. duff (5404), Sydney, Australia, Surrey, England Nov 2, 2005 Bottle. Again, i have to ask...who bought this one at Kulminator?? Sweet candy-ish sort of flavours. Ever so slight tart character in the finish, but not enough to save this beer. At least it was better than the B12 beer from De Troch!
