Keg. Appearance- light pinky red, one finger white head which persists. Aroma- fruity, zest hints, strawberry dominates though. Taste- lots of strawberry, sugary sweetness, a little cloying. A bit too much sweetness but still very drinkable.

Bottle. Medium ruby body, fizzy white head. Sweet raspberry juice aroma and flavour, very sweet, with only a light tartness in the finish. Too simple and sweet for my taste. This gets a point higher than the peche, but only because I have a preference for raspberries over peach when it comes to fruits in general.

250ml bottle pours a dark red color with a finger of pink head that leaves a few spots of lacing on the glass. Aroma is raspberries with some hints of yeast. Taste is a raspberry tartness with a fruity and malty sweetness. Light bodied with decent carbonation. A decent brew for the style, but much too sweet for my tastes. I don’t know why some brewers feel the need to add sugar to beer, totally unnecessary.

an enjoyable brew, but below average fruit lambic, and not quite worth the coin. Musty raspberry aroma and flavor. Body and sour finish lacking, but still pleasanrt enough.

Bottle from Whole Foods PM. Pours hazy magenta with fizzy pink head. Nose is delicious fresh raspberries, some earthy tartness. Tastes rich, fresh, on the sweet side but with that authentic raspberry tartness, and a smooth and complex finish. This is delicious.

Bottle 0.25L. Dark red body with a large, frothy, pink head, mostly lasting with nice lacing. Aroma is dominated by heavy sweet raspberry, with light yeasty character. Moderate-to-heavy sweet flavour, with light-to-moderate sourness. Light-to-medium body with watery texture; lively carbonation. First encounter with an unexpectedly interesting style.

Bottle at home. Aroma of sweet and sour raspberries, candy sugar, sweetener. Flavour is heavy sweet and mildly sour. Too much sweet and far too little sour, not to my liking.
