3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Small bottle, 250 ml, as Vieux Bruxelles Framboise, from a trade with Countbeer, thanks! Into a stemmed glass, ABV 2.8%
Deep red colour, murky, with a small pink head sitting ot top, thin, with good retention, leaving light lacing around the glass along with a line of foam.
Aroma of berries and candy sugar, a bit old and dusty, yeast too.
Taste is sweet with berries, candy sugar, malts, a touch of sourness on the finish and on the aftertaste.
Thick full body, with good carbonation.
Overall not bad at all, I was expecting worse from this cheap looking bottle.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
I will start off by saying that I am more intrigued by this beer than enjoyed it. A quick run down, big berry note, stone of raspberry seeds. The sweetness is what I find interesting, Stevia as a sweetener in beer. This is clean artificial sweetener with a very minimal chemical sweetener taste. Not a terrible beer, a sweetened, bastardization of an amazing style. Tasty for a newbie to sour/wild/funky beer.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
250ml bottle bought at Craftissmo in Tsim Sha Tsui East.
Clear dark cherry ruby colour with scrappy yeast sediments; One quarter finger head with light pink foam which fades in 30 seconds; Very good sticky lacing with active, barely notable carbonation; Very fragrant sweet and tart aroma of raspberry flesh, with potent yoghurt, raspberry juice, strong blackcurrant, light red wine, sugar, wood barrel, malt and tannic; Pleasant sweet and tart taste of raspberry flesh and juice, with blackcurrant, strong tart yoghurt, malt, wood barrel, strong tannic, yeast and light hops; Light body, thin palate; Mouth feel is a very tasty and balanced rasberry lambic - fresh tasty fruitiness of raspberry and blackcurrant, being balanced by strong and fresh yoghurt tartness for a rich and fulfilling palate. Very malty for a fruit limbic, complemented by nice red wine, tannic and yeast. Nice!... Hoppiness is undetactable in nose, and very light hops in taste. Good tannic for lasting, very yoghurty tart and light sweet finish; Slightly dry after taste, very easy to mouth.
Comments: Just like the Premium Pêche I had last night, This one has strong and intense fruity character which mashed very well with lambic tartness. In this case the raspberry showed freshness, with extra dimension of blackcurrant, maltier with less sweetness. Highly enjoyable and recommended!

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
@Secret Sinterklaas, #Countbeer, bedankt hiervoor, 25 cl flesje.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours a dark purple with a weak weak pink head that fades fast and leave some nice looking lacing. Aroma is too intense and artificial, big fructose mixed with raspberry extract. Pretty sure you could pour that one on a cake without any modification... You can feel a little tartness through the nose, hopefully this will save this beer! Unfortunately not. Taste is heavily sweet, cloying. Again, artificial raspberries over a dash of lactic acid. You can almost feel the lambic in there, which must be of really bad quality judging by the dirty finish. I understand that this is targeted at a different demographic but it isn’t really good even with that in mind. Nevermore.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
pours cloudy almost dirty dark ruby purplish with a small pink-purple head, some retention and lacing. sweet and lightly tart raspberries, raspberry jam, other berries, light citric notes, grass and herbs, underlying lambic - i.e. overshadowed by raspberry sweetness - still some citric and acetic ntoes. average carbonation, light to medium body - juicy, sweet, grassy and very lightly tart finish. yes, like drinking raspberry juice with a dash of lambic. maybe the most interesting of their sweet fruit lambic. forget about mimosas sundar morning.
