3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Vast creamy ashy light pink colored head on top of a clear pink red almost ruby colored beer.
The smell is sweet, amarena cherries, cherry candy, sweet cherry notes, a slight hint of malts and soap.
Taste is sweet, almost artificial sweet. A second later this Kriek gets the feeling it is a sweetened pilsner, cause you can taste the malts, and light herbal hops, for a second because than the sweet cherry flavour dominates and ends in a light acidic but a bit more sweet aftertaste.
Medium carbo, tingly mouthfeel, medium body and a creamy texture.
Didnít think this was bad!

2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Bottle at home straight after the regular kriek. It pours deep red with a thin white head. The nose is not quite as artificial as the regular, but still its sweet cherry, tanginess, almond and cough syrup. The taste is tangy red fruit, sweet cherry, lime and jolly ranchers. Moderate carbonation and fine carbonation. Still far too sweet for me, but a bit better than the regular.

What makes this premium? Tastes just as sweet and fake as the regular stuff. Smells and tastes of canned cherry pie filling. A touch of tartness in the finish, and the sweetness is cut a little in the end. I guess the premium ersion is a little less sweet.

Very very plain. Taste more like cherry juice than beer. Beautiful color and interesting aroma, but not quite good a beer.

One dimensional, but quite nice tasting. Not really tart/sour enough, but a tasty flavour of cherries.
