Bottle. It pours a semi-clear, golden body under a small, white head. The aroma is quite peachy, over-ripe peaches that is, and sugary notes. The flavor is very sweet and artificially peachy, with some sour notes. Medium body, quite effervescent. Peachy, sugary finish. Well, it’s way too sweet and artificial, but still it’s sort of interesting. Can’t imagine myself drinking a whole bottle though. It helps with some dark chocolate to go with it. 130430

Countbeer (2852) - Best of Eindhoven ohne Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - MAR 2, 2013
Bottle: Aroma from bottle is peach an puke. Clear amber pour. Medium sized, vast but lively, slowly changing creamy colored head on top of a clear amber to little darker amber colored beer. Aromas of peach, dust, hint of puke, yeast, something meat, corny, paper ish and malty. Flavours of sweets, sugars, peach, dust, malts, a light light sour touch, something light wood ish, light sticky (like brown sugars) and a sprinkle of banana. For some reason, the sweetness is not that bad at all. Aftertaste is light dry, yeast, sweetsour, some peach and a touch of malts. Low carbo, soft light spicy mouthfeel, medium body and a light creamy texture. Not that bad at all, though won’t drink it again soon! :-)

Dark, orange colored beer. My first impression of the aroma was that of red wine, combined with peach jam. It tastes quite sour, (a little bit to much), but the taste of peaches overrule. Nice for an evening, but nog for to long. Donker, oranjekleurig bier. Mijn eerste indruk van het aroma was de geur van rode wijn, in combinatie met perzik jam. De smaak is vrij zuur, (iets té), maar toch komen de perziken duidelijk naar boven. Lekker voor een avondje, maar ook niet te lang.

Lightly hazed orange pour with a white head. Some peach candy on the nose with a light grass, some lemon zest, and a hint of tartness. Very sweet and sugary, a bit of a syrup note, and very mild funk. Tastes almost like canned peaches. Super sweet, some sugar, syrup, and fruit. A bit of lemon zest and a very light tartness along with a hint of grass.

Test vom 22.4.2010, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 9,9,6,6,9,6 - 6,90
