2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle, beers of Europa. Another one of those beers I probably shouldn’t have bought... It pours orange with a small whitish head. The nose is sweet, artificial, sugary peach with some sweet apple and ice tea in the mix. The taste is kind of similar with a bit of tang; sweet peach, apricot, apples, candy and ice tea. Finish is unsurprisingly a tangy-sweet. Light body, average carbonation and somewhat sticky mouth-feel. Not sure what part of this makes it "premium".....

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein dunkelgoldenes Bier mit ordentlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch süß nach Pfirsisch, säuerlich. Geschmack ist ebenfalls so.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle at Tom’s hostel, side by side with Timmermans Pêche. Darker gold pour than Timmermans. Aroma is quite perfumy, very soapy, further from the Timmermans peach syrup but not any less artificial. Taste is sweet, candy like but not as perfectly reminiscent of peach, something a bit off. Palate is med bodied with med carbonation. Inferior.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottled 250ml. -from Svijet Piva Zagreb. Dark golden coloured, minimal off-white head, peachy nose. Acidic/sweet taste of peaches and sugar with dryish sweet finish. Not my cup of tea.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle (250 ml). Slightly hazy bright golden with a small white head and little lacing. Aroma is of sweet candy peaches, light medicinal notes and very light sourness. Taste is of peach gummies, a good amount of sweetness, light funk and herbal notes. Medium body. Moderate carbonation. Not the worst peach lambic, but way too sweet. At least it’s drinkable.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
250ml bottle bought at Craftissmo in Tsim Sha Tsui East.
Clear deep liquor-like amber colour; Near zero head with residual soapy white foam which fades in 10 seconds; Small sticky lacing with active small carbonation; Very sweet aroma of peach schnapps, with yoghurt tartness, Port wine, light apple wine, very light musty, wood, tannic and light malt; Strong and pleasant, sweet and equally tart taste of peach liquor, with strong yoghurt, malt, peach syrup, wood and strong tannic; Light body, thin palate; Mouth feel is a fairly well-balanced peach limbic - very yoghurty tartness from the limbic which balanced out the peach juice and sugar quite nicely. Despite the thin body, the sweet and tart combination gives it a really fulfilling palate. Good presence of tannic and wood. Pretty intense stuff! Hoppiness is undetactable in nose and taste. Good tannic for lasting, very yoghurty tart and sweet finish; Slightly dry after taste, very easy to mouth.
Comments: This one seems easy at first, but the intensity shines through: peach liquor and yoghurt tartness aroma and taste with nicely balanced sweet and sour taste. It may not be fresh and sparkling, but rather strong and fulfilling. Decent enough to have it again.
