Nov 10, 2004 Nice amber color with modest off white head. Funky barnyard smell and taste. Yeasty profile with some phenolic spiciness and some lingering sweetness. Backed up with a tart finish. I ddint like this one too much

Jul 17, 2004 Sweet aroma, vaporous, a little butter, fruity Belgian profile. Hazy amber with foamy lacing off-white head. Medium body with medium-high carbonation. Starts with a little sweetness, but mostly dry hoppy and light acidity. A bit fruity, yeasty. Just a bit of bitterness in finish and after. A solid offering, drinkable, but average.
