Tap @ Brewpub. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Husky and grainy. Grassy and toffee-ish flavor. Sticky bitter finish.

On tap at the brewpub. Served with a hazy, yellow-golden body and a finger-thick white leaving lacings. Butterscotch and fresh fruits on the nose. Some hints of grass and flowers. It’s full-bodied and smooth on the palate, quite dry, yet tasting sweet, fruity-sweet mostly. A nice bitterness saves the day. The hops also gives a grassy, piny flavor. Lasting finish with the bitterness dominating. Overall, quite decent, but not my favorite. 110818

Bottle at Papsø. Clear golden coloured with a medium sized white head. Sweet aroma of caramel and hay with notes of butter. Sweet flavour of caramel, hay, grass and hops. Dry hoppy finish.

Small fizzy white head that mostly diminished. Spare display of lacework. Clear light yellow color. Aroma of butterschotch, fresh hops, light toasted malt. Light bodied with an average carbonation and light dry texture. Light bitter and sweet flavor. Dry fresh hoppy finish.

Bottled. Pale yellow colorued. Clear. Dense off white head. Aroma of bread, fruits, light butter. Flavour. Butter, herbs, sweetness. Medium bodied. Dry fruity bitterness in the end.

Clear golden with a small white head. Aroma had diacetyl, malt and grassy hops. Fairly dry flavor with hints of diacetyl, barnyard, malt and grassy hops. Finished dry and bitter.

Handbottled. Clear golden with a medium white head. The aroma is hops, caramel, fruit and light diacetyl. Butterscotch, caramel, fruit and light hops. Nice one.

Light unclear medium yellow color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, toffee, butter, light hoppy, citrus, rubber - smoke notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20091206]
