Tap @ Brewpub. Pours amber with a creamy head. Fresh grains and caramel. Slighty metallic. Medium bodied. Short bitter finish. Vegetables and DMS.

On tap at the brewpub. An unclear, orangey golden beer with a minimal sized head soon diminishing into a rim of white bubbles. The aroma is weak, sort of lemony and grapefruity, with some maltyness. A bit flat on the palate, full to medium body, and mostly dry. Malty, fruity flavor with a distinct citrusy touch, almost sourish, but rather pleasant. Nice bitterness towards the end. Well, a bit unusual I think, but far from bad and quite refreshing. 110818

Bottle at Papsø. Clear red brown coloured with a meidum sized beige head. Malty and light roasted aroma of caramel. Sweet and light roasted flavour of caramel with notes of hops. Hoppy finish. Good dunkel.

Small fizzy white head that mostly diminished. Spare display of lacework. Light reddish amber color. Aroma of mild rue bread, toasted malt, hint of fruit and light yeasty notes. Over the palate came lovely mild roasted malty feel as well. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and dry texture. Moderated bitter and sweet flavor. Lingering roasted malty and fresh hoppy finish.

clear dark amber, almost no head. toffee doinates the aroma, sweetish, flavor is caramelly, toffee. not very good for me as i don’t like toffee beers.

Bottled. Burgundy coloured. Unclear. Small light brown head. Aroma: Caramel, chocolate, sweetness, light roast. Flavour: light "kongen af danmark", roast, spice, fruits. Meidum bodied. LIght fruity and vague roasty end.

Handbottled. Hazy brown with a medium off white head. The aroma is toasted caramel, sweet malt and some fruit. The flavour is quite roasted, dark fruit and light hops.

Hazy mahogany with small beige head. Sweet aroma with roasted malt, caramel and toffee. Flavor had hard roasted malt, caramel and thin coffee. Not bad.

1 L growler. Pours cloudy deep amber with a fully gone head. Aroma is caramelish and vague butterish. Dark and heavy roasted malt base. Mild bitterness and dark malty. Distinct dark roasted malt finish.
