Aug 27, 2006 Light golden cider with a smooth apple sauce aroma, very concentrated. In mouth, a sweet apples sauce with light acidic points, with light notes of cinnamon, liquorous, warming. Not bad. Bought at Les Halles de Québec, QC city, last year.

Aug 26, 2006 (350ml bottle) Many thanks Luc. Lightly coloured watery yellow body with a apple pie aroma. Cinnamon, dry white wine and a mild maple syrup. Good.

Oct 23, 2005 Clear pale gold color. Aroma of sweet apples. Flavor of sweet apples, it’s very sweet but not to the point of being cloying. The palate is light to medium and liquorous. This is an honest effort but doesn’t cut it when compared to the best cidre de glace, especially those made by La face cachée de la pomme.
