It pours a very pale yellowish green; the head is bone-white and foamy (large bubbles). The aroma has notes of: golden delicious, earthy-notes, alcohol, and a sweet floral characteristic. The taste is medium sweet that finishes medium tart and acidic; there are notes of: sour apples, alcohol, sour-yeast, and a nice cracker finish. The palate is medium-full bodied, medium-heavy carbonation (medium bubbles), a slightly viscous quality, and a long finish. Overall, it’s quite nice.

A very champagne like pour, huge amounts of carbonation that die down quickly. A slightly vinous aroma, touches of white wine, and a light very sweet apple. Flavor is quite sweet, but a touch artificial tasting. Light app,e finish with some apple pastry type undertones. Quite a sweet finish, very light bitterness.

[3699-20110422] Bottle. Light apple powder aroma. Clear, light yellow body with a quick foamy white head. Sweet browned apple sauce flavour. Light-medium body . Tasty, reminds me of Granny Smith apples. (6/3/6/3/13) 3.1

2011-04-22. Dark yellow amber with a frothy white foam. Aroma of musty apple juice and tart apples. 6+ Flavour is fairly dry, musty apple skins. Sweetish but finishes dry. Average to light bodied palate suits it. Decent cider. Bottle from LCBO, Toronto

Bottle [750ml]. Pours a clear, slightly bubbly, very pale gold with no head. Nice, mildly sweet aroma of sweet apples, wood and a hint of cheese. Slightly watery, dry flavour of sweet apples. Average bodied. A pretty good Cider.

Pours a transluscent color, looks like water. Appealing aroma of sweet apples. Good flavor of sweet apples with some acidity, it gets dry in the finish. The carbonation is not forcefull but just enough to stimulate the taste buds. I like this one much better than their Vire Crêpe which is a still cider.

(750ml bottle) Finally - a crackling cider from St-Nicolas! Their still-cider lacked much in complexity and palate, I am hoping this will be a whole new experience. Pours a highly carbonated, clear, light yellow body. Nose is of sweet McIntosh apples. Mild flavour across the palate. Dry, slightly acidic finish. Vast improvement...
