Bottle, thanks to screwball. Hazy yellow, almost no head. Fruity aroma, apples, some yeast, banana notes and some spices. Cereal flavor, malty and with orange notes, but a bit flat and boring.

[Sampled in 2004.] Had some expectations to this one, but they fell all down, when I recogized some witnotes. But maybe not that bad as I mention it. Just in the middle of nowhere!

Bottle. Golden coloration, lighly muddy. Notes of honey. High/average carbonation. It´s a very simple beer.

[Bottle from Ron] Pale gold with LOTS of yeast. Peach with a strange but pleasant citric sharpness to the nose, yeasty. Light body, dry.

The bottles of the St. Paul series are very nice, like miniature white wine bottles with long slim necks. The color of this beer is straw and very hazy, and the head is moderate, but it has a nice lace. The aroma is initially like a hoppy pilsner, but then floral notes of coriander pops up. The mouthfeel is thin and carbonated. The flavour is very fresh, but thin with notes of hops, coriander and citrus. A bit uninteresting...

There was more yeast in this than a normal cask. Nutty and yeasty. Pale malts sweetnessbelgiun yeast and candy sugar, grassy hops. Not my fav.
