I tried this beer on November 1, 2007 at "Smokeless Joe’s" in Toronto. The beer poured a dark reddish brown colour with a thick, fluffy, off-white head that lingers. The aroma was a compbination of malt, yeast, and subtle hops. The mouthfeel was medium bodied, with mild carbonation. The flavour was yeasty with some malt in the background.
