Pours a clear yellow with a thin white film of head. Aroma is exclusively yeast esters. Flavor is also mostly yeasty water with only the slightest bit of doughy malt.

bottle from pivnizub, diky! Clear pale golden, mid-sized head. Hop detectable in the aroma, very mild, slightly malty with dusty hop flavours.

C’mon guys, she’s not too bad. Cute label. Smells like a lager. Tastes like a lager. Malty, a bit bitter and hoppy and that pale lager crispiness that we expect, at least for a refreshing, cooling sensation. She’s just a common lager, of course. What did you expect? There’s much worse around.

UPDATED: SEP 13, 2012 Bottle: Golden, clear, small white foamy layer, grassy and papery nose; light bodied and a bit tart, dryish bitter-sweet flavour; bitter and watery finish. Yes, surely this glorious beer will multiply the glory of german beer in the world...

The first time I had St. Pauli Girl beer was when I was a young man living in the dorms in college. I had a lady friend in the Twin Cities who was going to visit me. My roommate brought in a six-pack of St. Pauli Girl, and we laughed because I would (hopefully) be getting some action from this girl over the weekend, a girl from St. Paul, Minnesota. It didn’t happen. To me, this beer will always be that experience in beverage form.

St. Pauli Girl blew my mind with its wonderful aroma of light hops, a slight foamy head, light pilsner appearance, a smooth taste that is a joy to drink in excess on a Saturday night with your girlfriend, fizzy palate, and overall I would buy this fine brew repeatedly for years to come.

Pours cleasr, pale gold with a tall white head. As soon as the cap comes off, so the skunk comes out....however, it dissipates upon breathing a bit. It doesn’t go away, but is tolerable. Taste is bready....slightly bitter hops. Just average.......however, one must admire their marketing. The cartoon logo barmaid is only surpassed by the endless number of wonderful posters of live models.....nice.

AROMA: SKUNKY! at first but settled down a bit to a biscuity, floral, skunky smell. APPEARANCE: It poured a clear straw color with lots of rising bubbles and a rapidly dissipating white head.TASTE: I thought it was a very floral taste with a bit of a grainy finish and aftertaste. MOUTHFEEL: Medium bodied and moderate carbonation. OVERALL: On a hot day I could see where this could be enjoyed, but I probably won't buy it again. (I'd drink it again if a friend offered it to me.) ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

bottle. I’m not sure if the beer is just skunky by nature but the bottle i drank was QUITE skunky. like more so than some bud I’ve had. stella is better in this beer drinker’s opinion.
