Ive allways loved to hate this beer, if you dont live in munich and/or dont own a bar im not sure you can really capture a true comercial german Pilsener, maybe Gosser?

Not much to this. Kind of bitter, definitely skunky.

Very pale gold in color with alot of carbonation. Smell was skunky with a tiny hint of hops. It is a refreshing taste with a crisp bitterness. Very thin on the palate and the taste fades away quickly.

Poured well, looked good, smelled good, and had decent mouth feel. The only thing wrong was the taste. Take a Miller Lite and add a liberal chunk of hobo ear wax and you get the idea.

pours yellow-amber, like most other lagers. smell is skunky, not much else to speak of.. ::sniff:: yep, definitely skunk. Taste is pretty bland, again with the skunk, a little bitter on the finish. pretty lively carbonation. overall pretty bad.

24 oz bottle. Very dissapointing. Sickenly skunky aroma much like hineken, and a similarly skunky, mostly malty bland taste with an odd aftertaste. There’s not much here to write about. A bland skunky beer. Wouldn’t reccomend.

This is my old favorite. The one that generally graced my fridge door for many years. It still does but only occasionally. Nice hoppy aroma, if a little skunky. Refreshing taste that does not set up shop in your palette. Like a good woman she comes, gives you what you want, and then is gone as fast as she appeared. A solid old stand by to be sure. Serve Chilled.

my favorite mass market german brand, far superior to becks.

This beer is definitely skunky. A bitter wash over the tongue with a non-existant finish. Ugh.
