3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
(Bottle (best before end of 9/06) from Belfast Co-op) Pours pale yellow with about 1 1/2" of rocky white head. Aroma is like opening a jar of fresh honey - wow, nice surprise. Mouthfeel smooth, a little greasy feeling, a bit prickly. Sloppy foamy lacing. Flavor is pure honeyish malt - tasty, not bad at all. Very drinkable.

1.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 6/20
This was a darned skunky NA that didn’t cut it for me. Too light, too thin, too carbonated. If you’re gonna take the flavor out with the alcohol, take the skunk too.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
UPDATED: JAN 9, 2007 Great hoppiness in this beer considering the NA label. The best NA I’ve had. Leaves a great and long lasting taste for NA and is the best option for that type of drink.

1.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
I would actually consider this a CRAFT beer. I think that a company making a NA beer must make that beer taste like the type of beer most people are drinking. Therefore they go to a lot of trouble to CRAFT this beer into a Macro flavored beverage. For most of us however, it’s not worth a second shot.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
One of 19 non-alcoholic brews I tried during a 4-month deployment in Kuwait, because that’s all I could get. 11/11/05 (bottle): Veteran’s day in Kuwait. This one has an attractive golden hue an da lagery head. There’s a very clean aroma and actually a decent malt flavor. The bitterness avoids the cooked starchiness of most NAs. Either I’ve been here too long, or this isn’t half bad (or both). This was the most popular option for most I knew.

passable for a night when I needed to drive and stay out late and not drink water or something sugary. Some satisfction. OK in all the categories although not to good an aroma. Mellow, but also a half year past due from Premiere Gourmet.

1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Light gold body with a white head. The aroma is rich and grainy with cornmeal and some bread. Again, similar ot unfermented wort. The taste is cooked corn along with some green bell peppers in the finish. Honestly, not as bad as I was expecting. I woudl drink this again before trying another skunked St. Pauli Girl.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Pours a nice light golden yellow. Aromas of hops, grass, and maybe malt. Taste is crisp with a nice mellow hop flavor. This is one of the better non-alcoholic beers on the market.

1.4 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Sweet tea like aroma is evident. The color is a light yellow with a large white head that quickly evaporates. The taste is also very much like drinking a sweet tea. Afterwords very little is left for the palate.
