3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Green bottle by 12SEPT12. Caramel and crystal nose with light butterscotch and dusty hops. Rub-orange body with a short beige head. Taste is dry and scratchy, good green hop presence with caramel, nuts, earth, and grating crystal, medium bitterness highlighted by the lack of sweetness, with some bread toward the end. Fruit is there but minimal. Medium-full body, prickles lightly, if a little heavy. Quite happy with this level of bitterness/Bitter at 3.7%.

2.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 7/20
Bottle from Asda
Chestnut amber...clear...thin frothy head
Aroma - caramel malts...fruity notes...hint of yeast...light aroma
Taste - caramel malts..some biscuity malts..fruity notes...then a metallic bitterness comes in the middle
Palate - soft carb....thin body...very bitter. Finish - metallic bitter.....very lingering metallic paracetamol
Overall - Aroma was OK,,,taste initially was quite good then the metallic bitterness kicked in...paracetamol bitter finish. Drain pour. Seems to be a bad bottle.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle at home. Slightly orange brown colour. Small white head fades with some lacing. Red fruit, caramel, touch of woody malts. Dry, slightly spiced palate, dry peppery finish. Incredibly inoffensive.

Cask (Eagle, Cambridge)
Very little aroma, just a touch of grains. A grainier taste, but really this is just a dull brown bitter of the most tedious sort. A touch husky and plant-mattery later.

Jerusalem Tavern in London...
not as good as the Organic...
A: Copper body with a moderate cream white head which fades..
S: Slightly citrus/fruity with a bittersweet malt base
T: The malts form a solid base which is accented with crisp orange flavor..
M: Crisp.. medium body.. lightly carbonated
O: Alright for two.. no more after that before losing interest

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Pleasant aroma upon opening. Low carbonation and plenty of body considering its relatively low strength. Bitter but not overpoweringly so. Refreshing, sharp and pleasant.

Not the greatest looking, but its fine aroma is complimented by its fine bitter taste.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Clear, orange body with a 1", creamy, off-white head. Sticky and lasting. Lovely malt aroma of breadcrust and light raisin. Some faint pear-ish esters. Raisin is a little heavier in the flavor and more prominent than the bready notes. Some light woodsy hops. Esters are faint. Light body edges towards a medium feel because of low carbonation. Nice and malty up front, but the balance is definitely toward bitter. Very nice, light, lingering malt flavors. Overall a tasty beer that I could drink all day!
