Aroma: Dark chocolaty malt, sweey, hint of sourness very nice. Appearance: Black with a slight rubyness when held to the light, Thin ivory head not very long lasting. Taste: Sweet, malty, almost plumb like flavours. This stout has a depth ive only found in fine wines very very nice. Palate: Full body very stout! quite low carbonation, initially sweet with a long sweet bitter finish, lovely Overall: this is by far one of the best stouts i have had the pleasure of drinking, alot of thought has gone into the making of this wonderfull east coast stout. Well done st Peters!!

Fantastica
