Pitch black, small tan head. Aroma is mostly brown sugar. A little bit too sugary if you ask me. Roasty feel, some chocolate. Thin body, creamy and sticky texture. Soft carbonation. Maybe a bit too sweet for a stout, but not bad at all.

Zlotta (156) - Bonn, GERMANY - OCT 30, 2014
Dark brown to black with creamy tan head. Aroma of roasted malts, coffee and alcohol. Taste of licorice with hints of roasted malts, coffee and chocolate as well. Medium to full body, low carbonation. Slightly bitter aftertaste. Overall a nice beer but unpleasently bitter in the end. Therefore a bit unbalanced.

Gorgeous looking black brew with well balanced flavor and aroma of caramel, chocolate and roasted malts. Pleasant creamy texture and sturdy body to lean without feeling too heavy. A fine example of a sweet stout indeed.

Bottle @ De Tolly joogipood, Tartu, Estonia. Pours with small beige head that reduces quickly. Aroma of burnt malt, chocolate, sweetness, hint of alcohol. Taste has the best tastes that one stout could have-bitterness, slight alcohol, burnt tastes. One of the best I had in a while.

Bottle from total wine Boca raton. Pours Black with a thin khaki head. Leaves a lot of lacing. Nice malty nose. Has some serious chocolate on the tongue. Finishes pretty clean. Nice!

Awesome beer! Smooth, chocolatey, roasted bitter coffee. Did I mention smooth? Like their porter, done extremely well, and I highly recommend it to any dark beer fans!"
