Bright, clear, medium yellow with a stark white head that lasts. Once warmed up a bit, this actually has a decent aroma to it. Doughy, some light fruit coming through, and a nice amarillo nose. Light body, lively carb, and a surprisingly bitter finish. My only real complaint is that the hop bitterness amplifies inordinately across the palate and escalates to intense soapiness in the lingering finish. If not for the finish, this would easily score much higher for me.

Bottle. Medium hold, short lived white head. Sweet grainy profile with light stone fruit character, mildly bitter finish. Not bad for gluten free.

Doft av karamell och engelsk kola. Smaken domineras av blommig beska. Vattnig munkänsla.

OK, I’m back from a 4 year gin and red wine hiatus after I stopped consuming gluten! Only GF beer I actually enjoy. I loved their apricot ale in the same lovely bottle. Obviously, this beer is lacking, but imho this beer is a small GF miracle. Only GF beer I’ve had free of a sharp, almost sour, upfront mouth-feel, and with some actual finish that isn’t metallic or some funky non-beer aftertaste. This beer is a start, praise God!

Bottle from Matkroken, Stokka. Pours clear golden with a small creamy white head. Weak grainy aroma. Light resiny bitter taste, harsh and unpleasant, not my cup of tea.

Klar lys gyllen farve med minimalt med skum. Lukt av noe malt og sitrus. Smak av malt, karamell og humle. Supermarked.

Duft av malt, eik og en anelse honning. Lite skum. Fin gyllen klar honingfarge. Bitter smak med en anelse honning i ettersmaken.

From a bottle. Pours clear and golden with a tiny head, mild fruity hops aroma, initially sweet but with a strange aftertaste. I’m not a huge fan, gluten free ruins most things.

500ml bottle. Clear golden amber colour, foam white head leaving alittle lacing and aroma of grain, light citrus. Taste is sweet, grain, bready, with orangey citrus and light bitterness. Watery mouthfeel, light bodied, medium carbonation, dry light bitter finish. OK.

Not bad for a glutenfree beer. Little bit Floral aroma. A little bit metallic after taste

Golden, no head. It feels like it is missing the grain for some flavour, leaving behind a sour in the palate bitterness, however there’s a pale ale texture in here somewhere itching to escape.
