Bottle. Dark honey golden color with small white head. A touch of honey in the malty aroma. Malty with bitter hoppyness. In the aftertaste nice long hoppy taste.

UPDATED: NOV 12, 2007 Cask at Jerusalem Tavern, London. A hazy orange beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is malty and fruity combined with an acidic note. The flavor is very acidic, though with some malt sweetness and caramel lingering in the background. I wonder where the acidity stems from.

Bottled. An amber beer with no head. The aroma is nicely hoppy. The flavor is sour yet fresh with a very dry finish.

Bottled. Copper coloured, not much head. Aroma of hops, grass and maize. Flavour is grass, malts and hops. Very one-dimensionally bitter.

Cask at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Clear deep golden. Verufruity and sweet with some raisin and clean mouthfeel. The hop rate is low, and is the bitterness. It never really gets started.

Cask @ Jerusalem Tavern, London. Hazy golden colour with a longlasting white head. Fruity slighty spicy aroma, hints of grapefruit. FRuity malty flavor with some citrus hints. Long fruity finish with some bitterness in the aftertaste.

Bottle @ Kolding Ølmesse , 2011. Pours clear golden with a small off white head. Nose is sweet. Corn and fruit. A bit of bread, grain and hops. Plain but pretty ok.

Golden color. Light aroma of malt. Thin malt taste, just to support the very strong bitterness, quite dry, with some subtilities. Good for the thirst.
