2.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
I had heard nothing but good things about this brewery. I was a bit disappointed here. A little bitter, but still a solid brew. It just didn’t bowl me over. The bottle was the most unique shape. While this brew was really nothing special, I look forward to trying their winter ale (which has been described by many as the best they’ve ever had).

1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Pale gold. No head. Light lacing.
Sweet malt. Hoppy bitterness towards end.
Light carbonation. Thin mouthfeel. Lingering bitterness at the end.
Ok, middle of the road. More largery than ale. Nothing special, quite forgettable really.

golden colour, not too much, not too dense white head;aroma of bread, some caramel, maybe honey and grassy notes; taste of malty sweetness, some bitterness and cardboard...well, not really convincing beer - only its colour is notable
