Bottle. Dark brown body, small creamy head. Aroma is very odd - sweet "cappuccino" flavoured candies, dried honey and old perfume - not bad but does not feel natural. Taste has sweet lemonade with dark chocolate covered honey candies and instant cappuccino. So sweet that it overpowers all roast and hops that may or may not be there. Kids would love this stuff.

Pours dark brown and reddish. Minimal head. Smell is honey, herbal and toffee. Honey and toffee dominate. Too sweet for me. Very little other porter characteristics. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

4.5% ABV bottle to pint glass, beer pours a transparent dark red brown with a cream colored top that fades. Aroma is sweet honey, herbal, slight grassiness, caramel, licorice, dark sugar. Taste is sweet honey notes with some roasted/smoked elements typical of the style as well as some slight herbal features. Palate is smooth, very quaffable, good balance but oddly enough I get some heat from it going down which is strange. Co2 is on the low side. Overall most seem to piss all over this but I find this to be a great beer. Way better than that shit no flavour Guinness...

Overwhelming smell of honey. Almost like mead. Great dark appearance. Lovely honey and chocolate tasting with a subtle bitter aftertaste. Yummy! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Appearance: Clear dark brown with ruby highlights and finger thick ivory head. Aroma: Honey, hint of chocolate and floral. Taste: Medium bitterness, low/medium sweetness and low sourness. Palate: Thick smooth texture, light/medium body, average carbonation, abrupt bitter honey, slightly chocolaty flavour. Comments: Very tasty and glass lace. Review is for 4.5% ABV bottled version.

Green bottle b@eurospar. Beige head, leaving laceworks. Body’s dark red-brown. Strong scents of honey, just like opening a honey can. Taste of honey, caramel, mint, butter, a little citric far behind. Fat to palate. Finishes with more of the roasted honey malt stuff. Overall very sweet porter, but there is a little roasted bitterness underneath it all.
