2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Amber body, medium head. Aroma has medium levels of English hops with caramel and berries. Too weak for an IPA - no citric or juicy character. Taste is driven by malty caramel and berries, followed by a timid woody hoppiness. Dry powdery finish, hoppiness is low and unrefreshing. More like an ESB than IPA. Don’t count on this if you feel like having a refreshing grapefruity IPA.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle at the Brouwcafe, Scheveningen. Poured a clear medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is hoppy citrus. The flavour is medium bitter with a hoppy liqourice bitter malt palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. A decent IPA but lacks carbonation and flavour.

Botella de 50 cl tomada en el lúpulo en marzo de 2013. Una ipa flojilla flojilla, con 5,5 vol que no ayudan mucho a darle un carácter fuerte y amargo. Bastante suave y poco amarga en general. Normal mormal

Aroma: light toffee malts, some floral hops. Appearance: slightly hazy, amber to orange colour, frothy but quickly disappearing head. Taste: light sweet. Palate: sweets turning to some bitterness, low carbonation. Overall: atypical IPA, missing the hops. Pint at the Jerusalem Tavern, London.

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Dry bread taste. Bitter, but low in aroma hops. Maybe this is what UK IPA is about. Considerable less aroma than your average American IPA. Cool bottle. That is why I bought it in the first place.

Très bonne bière; jolie couleur dorée; un peu de résine au nez; goût bien équilibré avec une belle amertume en finale

1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Pours a murky rust orange. Aroma is more similar to a lager with more malt than hops and some pine. Taste is also very malty with some light hops in the front. Grainy malt aftertaste.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours copper with a bit of an amber hue and a two finger fluffy white head and a good amount of sticky lacing. Big citrus aroma full of orange, grapefruit, and tangerine with pine, clove, biscuits and a bit of caramel. Taste is not as big as the aroma, but the same otherwise. Very crisp and refreshing. Not overly hopped which is quite nice in this case. Long finish of citrus and pine. Palate is a little thin with a slick and sticky texture and high carbonation. Easy drinker. In a world of brewers trying to out hop each other it?s nice to find a straightforward IPA like this. Would make a great summer beer.
