Bottle. Amber clear. Slight herby hops, some metallic notes. But overall a pretty weak nose. Feels really English, actually. And like something rather bulk from a can. Tasting it, the body is quite nice, rounded with a woody, pine, bitterness. But still, I can’t shake that bulk-can- feeling. I’ve liked a lot of these guys’ brews, but this isn’t one of them. Doesn’t smell like much. The taste a bit better, but nothing too exciting.

500ml bottle, pours clear golden brown with hardly any head, in the nose is wet cardboard malt, a bit musty, not really my thing on first impression, other aromas coming through in the mouth are mild orange peel, grain, hay. The taste is an improvement and there is bitterness coming through at the finish, but quite sweet and sticky still. Not bad, drinkable, but the aromas are muted and of the wrong kind for me.

Sampled at AC Beerfest (2014). Poured a hazy orange color with a small foamy off white head. Aroma of herbal hops and old citrus fruit. Taste is much the same.

0.5L bottle. Clear amber, nice fluffy hat. Euro hop, raisin aroma. Barley malt, vinegar, red wine, grass, blue cheese flavors. Not good ipa power and taste on this beer. Medium bitter an vinegar finish.

thirstyrabbit (1095) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - MAR 9, 2014
Bottle. Amber body, medium head. Aroma has medium levels of English hops with caramel and berries. Too weak for an IPA - no citric or juicy character. Taste is driven by malty caramel and berries, followed by a timid woody hoppiness. Dry powdery finish, hoppiness is low and unrefreshing. More like an ESB than IPA. Don’t count on this if you feel like having a refreshing grapefruity IPA.

Bottle at the Brouwcafe, Scheveningen. Poured a clear medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is hoppy citrus. The flavour is medium bitter with a hoppy liqourice bitter malt palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. A decent IPA but lacks carbonation and flavour.

Botella de 50 cl tomada en el lúpulo en marzo de 2013. Una ipa flojilla flojilla, con 5,5 vol que no ayudan mucho a darle un carácter fuerte y amargo. Bastante suave y poco amarga en general. Normal mormal
