Oct 26, 2009 Brownish black pour topped by a small and short lived beige head. Aroma is molasses, vanilla toffe/choclate and inviting. Mouth feel is heavily sweet all the way through to an averagely lasting finish and a hint of acidity at the beginning. Medium bodied and a creamy, syrupy texture. Sparkling. Not one of St.Peter’s finest, but definitely drinkable.

Clear dark red brown color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, moderate to light heavy toffee. Sep 21, 2009 16.9 oz bottle-Pours a dark brown with a decent off white head. Aroma of coffee, chocolate, and roasted malt. Taste of the same with some bitterness coming through. This medium bodied brew is a pretty decent porter.
