obguthr (987), Poquoson, Virginia, USA Oct 27, 2007 Orange and grass aroma with caramel on the edge. Hazy golden color, no head. Sweet and sour initial punch with a lasting flavor of grains. JFURYCAT (782), East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, USA Oct 26, 2007 Simple yet filled with hoppy metallic-like notes which makes it almost as if I can taste the soil which bred the ingredients in the beer. I like the bottle design which makes me want to store liquor in it. The malt quality adds a certain dryness to the mix. djd07 (724), Houston, Texas, USA Oct 19, 2007 16.9 oz bottle. Pours a dark golden color with a medium off white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is floral hops and wheat grass. Decent lacing with a sour citrus taste and a hoppy finish. A decent golden ale from st peters. Jonte (801), Gothenburg, Sweden Oct 14, 2007 Updated: Dec 15, 2007Bottle at Haket Pub in Gothenburg. Golden/light orange color and a small white head. Light smell of flowers/herbs and some fruit. The taste is watery, flowers, light citrus, a bit sour, and some hops. Very flat and thin bodied. Didn´t like it much, but the bottle was nice. ChrisThomson (382), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Oct 14, 2007 The first St. Peters product I ever tried, and a nice introduction to a great brewery. Pours amber colour with low head. Has nice floral aroma with crisp taste. Beershine (2678), Hue, Vietnam Oct 8, 2007 Apricot color, or softly orange. Spritzy, fruity, and perhaps papaya detected in the nose. Herbal flavors, and a surprisingly bitter edge for balance. Quite light and refreshing if not full-bodied. Tastes like flowers and perfume. drainey (231), Chicago, Illinois, USA Oct 4, 2007 Pours a light orange gold with a medium white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is slightly hoppy with a strong ’brewery’ character to it. Nice bready flavor with a good dose of hops. Clean and crisp. DownsouthGav (602), Greater London, England Oct 3, 2007 Nose of malt, hops and dates. Has a nice crisp mouth feel. Some alcohol is detected although this balanced with sweetness and hoppiness. A dry finish. Quite a nice beer.
