Best bottle by any brewer, that much I would argue. As for the beer....not bad. Prominent caramel from an amber-brown body, oily and typical of the UK style. Relatively rich. Bready. Moderately high bitterness. Thanks to Simon for sharing from his case of St. Peter’s beers.

Cask bottle. Makes me wanna kill vampires wih it. Pours tangerine with 1 cm of frothy white head. Decent lacing. Smells are ripe plum and skunky hops. Upfront, the taste envelopes the tongue with piney hops, ending with a note of wheat grain and finishing with shadows of metal and hay. Mild carbonation and medium body. The aftertaste is very piney and enjoyable.

Bottle at the Olde Jerusalem Tavern in Farrington (London), pours a clear light amber with a fimly head. The aroma nicely combines hop and malts. A good bitter palate, very malty with a citrus hop and effervescent finish.

Bottle at home. Orange with fair head. Spicy flavour. Quite nice reminds me of Sierra Nevada. Prickly. Bitter at the end. Flavourful. I quite like this. Perhaps finishes too wear. But enjoyable.

500 ml bottle: Hazy apricot color with very little white fisheye foam. Aroma is lightly grassy with some peach. Flavor starts light caramel followed by a little fruityness and a soft grassy bitterness in the finish. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
