May 10, 2006 Bottle - Pours an amber color with a thin whitish head. Aroma has some flowery hops, but not terribly strong. Flavor is initially mild, but comes on strong once the hop bitterness kicks in. Initially has a somewhat malty sweetness that gets quickly overpowered by the bitternes. Apr 21, 2006 Bottle. Golden, amber with a small off-white head. Aromas are herbal and floral with biscuit and sweet grapefruit. Flavours are dry biscuit with bitter, slightly sour citrus. Tastes a bit stale. Dry on the finish. Not too bad.

Apr 16, 2006 The first thing I noticed was the extra amount of carbon bubbles,almost kind of champagney.Like the other reviews ,I found not much of a head to the beer.This beer has a nice pleasant taste,and is very drinkable.the brewer tauts it as being organically grown,so I guess I can drink more and not be afraid of poisoning my system!!Too bad that alcohol is a poison,but it’s organic....Anyway,I only bought 1 bottle and wanted a second after tasting it!

Apr 6, 2006 Orange color, no head. Light hoppy, flowery aroma with hints of apple and cardboard. Hopbitter flavor with touches of biscuit, blackcurrant. Light earthy character. Nutty bitter aftertaste. Nothing special.

Mar 28, 2006 Bittersweet orangy-gold color, very little head. Pleasant tasting ale, a few unique/organic hops with a floral tinge. Very earthy taste, a lot like Bell’s "two hearted ale". Definately a nice summer beer.

Mar 27, 2006 Hazy orange amber, thin head. Aromas are chiefly hard-to-define earthy vegetal elements and butterscotch. Nice malty palate, earthy and slightly fruity hops, bitter finish. I though this was very good despite the harsh opinions of St. Peters brewery expressed by some raters.

Mar 22, 2006 Bottle. Pours an orange/gold with a very thin head. Pleasant yeasty aroma with some hops fruitiness. Flavor was aweful - a cross between wet cardboard and stale cigarettes. Yuck. I ended up pouring most of the glass down the sink. I will not be trying this one again.
