yikes, not my kind of brew what so ever. Kind of just made me sick. I really just never want to drink it ever again.

Bah! J’ai eu meilleur comme biologique, je pense à Wolaver de Otter Creek. Pas mauvais, mais pas plus. Ça goût trop citron.

St. Peters English Ale. light orange color with a minimal white head. lemony and grassy hop aroma. light bodied. grainy up front ending in a crisp hop bitterness. as far as golden/blonde ales go, this one’s got some boldness.

Poured a hazey amber. The head was a thin white before quickly dissapearing. Smells of malts with very light hop. Sweet beginning with a quite bitter finish. This beer has a very clean taste, and I mean that like cleaner acid is in it. I did not like it, and cannot imagine somebody having this as a favorite. Ever.

Nose is dusty with honey, ginger, and lemon. Nose is very sweet. Flavour is strong with Target. Not much in the backbone, Just a light fruityness. This has been layong on its side for some time in my fridge, and a small colony of yeast (I assume) has made itself known.

The bottle poured a slightly hazy amber beverage with a small white head that was mostly diminishing but left good lacing on the glass. The aroma was a bit on the malty side with light aromas of bread and sweet dough. There were also notes of molasses and straw. The body was full with medium-light carbonation and a smooth oily texture. The flavor started off somewhat sweet. As it matured the sweetness faded and a light bitterness replaced it. The finish was long.

I find it hard to fault this beer, however rather unexciting at the same time. Aroma is a malty toffee base with some grassy hops kicking in when you really sniff. Taste is also mainly toffee/caramel malt based however the hops shift to a more citrus tone. Quite easy drinking.
