Aug 10, 2005 Pour is light amber and clear with a thin off white head...smell is hoppy with some pine and grass...definately smells English...taste is much hoppier than I expected...quite bitter, leaving a wooly aspect on the tongue...

Aug 7, 2005 Bottle. Poured a clear amber with a large frothy white head. Very nice aroma of hops and caramel. Flavour of hops and citrus. No skunkyness at all in the aroma or flavour in this bottle. This is good stuff!

Aug 3, 2005 Updated: Aug 26, 2005Bottle (500ml). Poured cloudy orange with an okay large-bubbled head, no lacing. Aroma is of hops, slightly sour malt, oranges - a bit skunky, to be honest. Taste is extremely light - eventually it’s a bit bitter, not much malt character, and yes, mildly skunky. Very flat and watery mouthfeel, not much linger to it. Pass.

Jul 23, 2005 Updated: Sep 18, 2005Rerate, bottle. Aroma is a pungent mix of dirt and hops. Pours a thin, watery orange/red. Flavor is a slippery mix of malt, hops, and earth, with hints of chamomile and a touch of caramel in the finish. Not bad.

Jul 15, 2005 Clear golden pour with a light head. Nice sweet and hoppy aroma. Some citrus noted in the flavor (orange/tangerine). Slightly bitter finish. Very smooth and well-balanced all the way through, but a bit mild on all fronts.

Jul 14, 2005 Smells, well, kinda sour and skunky. tastes kinda the same way, but not as offensive as the smell. However there is some pleasant fruitiness and toffee like flavors. Watery and not much carbonation. Im not gonna say it sucks, because it doesnt, but I just couldnt bring myself to like it, guess its just not for me. Couldnt finish it.
