Solid clear orange-caramel color with a thin light white cover that has some nice sticky lacing. Aroma is peppery, grassy. Taste is sweet malt with a black pepper, light caramel, and grassy hop finish.

Pours orange amber into an English pint. White head recedes to a sickly scum. Mild hop aromas. Metallic with a lasting sour and bitter hop finish.

Bottle, thx to tarjei. A clear, golden beer with a small, white head. Mostly citrusy hops in the aroma, but some malts lurk in the background. Citrusy, grapefruity flavor with a touch of malts. Nice bitterness in the finish. Medium body. Refreshing and quenching, but also boring as most golden ales. (081108)

Pours from 16.9 oz bottle a hazy orangish amber color. Aromas of mild hops, perhaps a touch of malt. Flavours were mostly of malt and roasted grains, with some elements of breadiness/yeast, and a somewhat hoppy and dry finish. Not bad, but not great.

Pours a clear golden with a thin head. Bitter, grassy, slightly skunky (probably the clear bottle.) This is a bland beer and the only positive is the cool looking bottle. Not terrible, just not good either.

Initial impression is why did I get sucked in by the cool bottle? Smells like a cheap malty US lager. Tastes a bit better, a light balanced beer for the mass market.

love the bottle... small minimal head with sweet aroma, followed with a bittersweet flavour....totally get the green weedy aftertaste.
