I really enjoy this beer; clean and lively with ample hop flavour that is not overpowering it is easy to justify more than one. I am looking forward to sampling more of St.Peter’s beers.

At no point do you expect great things from this specimen: a real slow burner. To the uninitiated, it presents as a store-bought lager. However, give it time, patience and a touch of distance, and it calms itself down, mostly in your mouth. The bitterness is subtle - a perfect blend for the post-tree-surgery come-down. Don’t expect to win friends with this brew. That’s not its intention. Relax and refresh.
