I dont know. Maybe i got a bad bottle. It was skunked, most definitley light struck. It was a gift to my wife from a friend for me, the brewer. But when i tasted this i just wasnt into it.
Popped the cap, no carbonation. Poured it, no head. Sourness, an unpleasant sweetness, followed by an unpleasant bitterness. probably wont be drinking this again, actually, i know i wont.

Originally rated on 7/16/08. Poured a Hazy orange yellow hue. lots of carbonation, but a thin head. Aroma was a little skunky but not too bad. Aroma was ok a little citrus, flavor was similar, a light hint of citrus and a little malty. Not bad overall

Buttery. Never liked that. This beer is OK and I especially love the bottle, but I will never be a fan of this brewery.
Bottle as a gift from user uckelman

Clear amber with scummy head. Light fresh aroma with hints of grain. Taste is bitter hops and a bit of hay with an underlay of roasted grains and bread. Fullbodied in comparison to what you’d expect. Solid, but a bit too bitter for my taste.
