Tan, hazy. Earthy, pithy bitterness, lightly toasted malts, nuts, dry finish. The dryness being the dominant trait, the palate fares much better than the aroma, which is marked only by a slight Goldings note and faint whiff of pale malt.

Pours a nice golden slightly cloudy hue with a thin white head with very little lacing. Very strong citrusy aroma with a touch of malt. A nicely balanced, very smooth ale. Starts with a nice malty taste up front that blends nicely into a subtle citrusy hop aftertaste, quite quaffable.

Bottle from BevMo. Pours a medium golden/orange color. Slightly sweet aroma with bready character. English hoppy aromas. very light smooth flavors up front. Very dry and dusty. Almost seems like a chocolate flavor. Light hop bitterness towards the end.

Ok. The flavours seem too strong for me, probably wouldnt buy again. Good bottle though, like a small spirit bottle.

Nice malty aroma with traditional English hops also evident. Well balanced beer with plenty of bitterness. One of the better bottled UK bitters I’ve had in the US.

Medium auburn amber clear with a medium large fine bubbled cream head that generates some systematic lace. Sweet aromatic fruity and floral hoppy aroma becoming a tad staler as it warms. Palate is low carb soft medium light body. Light medium malty sweet start balanced nicely with bitter floral hops. Medium strong dry woody hoppy long lasting finish.

Bottle. Small, thin white head. Hazy appearance, golden-amber color. Aroma is bitter, dry and rubbery(reminds me of some German pilseners). Flavor is typical of english pales--a little flat, but plenty malty. The hops kick in the middle. Bitterness is also in aftertaste. Decent beer.

not exactly sure what an ’organic’ beer is supposed to taste like, but this is a pretty decent ale. sweetish nose, fairly hoppy and a nice amount of malt.
