Very earthy, mossy flavour. Not exceptionally bitter, or hoppy, but a balnd dryness throughout. Failry one dimensional and uninteresting.

Poured from bottle. Aroma gassy at first, settles down to malt and weedy smell. Poured with big soapy bubbles which disappeared leaving minimal head. Medium amber. Decent flavor with malt balanced by bitter hops. Has nice feel to it as well. Just right amount of carbonation. Got a bit offensive toward the end. Good overall.

500 ml bottle. Labeled as English Ale. Pours a warm, unfiltered golden in color with a rapidly fading head, leaving behind strings of lace. The aroma is doughy, yet sharp and tart. Aside from a generous zing of hops, there really isn’t too much else to note flavor wise. It has a medium body and a crisp bite to the finish. I had higher hopes for this beer.

This was kind of a disapointment, after the Best Bitter. Not that it is a bad beer, but nothing to distinguish it. Light bodied, crisper finish, and a fruity aroma.

Light amber or orange color with no head. Aroma and taste were largely fruit and yeast. Quite bitter as well. Eh, nothing special here.

Bottle: Pale gold color, light fizzy head and lacing. Nose of spicy earthy hops that blends with the malt to form a sour cream or banana ice cream note. The flavor is a bit dry with a noticeable bitter tail, but is fairly balanced for the long haul with drinkability. The finish is light and zesty. Jolly good.
