3.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle - and what a lovely bottle it is, oval in cross-section. Pours well, light amber body, thin but persistent head, attractive overall. Aroma average, but foretaste excellent - a real citrus-loaded kick up front, very pleasant and refreshing, I wish it were backed up with a thicker mouthfeel and a more pronounced aftertaste. Very pleased with it though, may become a regular.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
bottle. Amber with one finger head. Medium malt body with mild English hops. Not particularly exciting, but I think it hits the target for English ales.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle sainsburys. Amber coulour shortlived white head. Malty taste and aroma. Medium body + carbonation. Very boring apart from the unusually shaped bottle! Extra point given in apperance for that.

2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
Clear golden. Subdued aroma with some sweetness and British hops. Slightly metallic and waterish. Bitterness in aftertaste. Drinkable, but there are better choices.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bought from a local supermarket in a 500ml bottle.
A slightly disappointing beer from usually good St Peter’s brewery. This beer left a strange coffee aftertaste.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Poured a slightly hazy orange color with a small white head. Aroma was grassy, herbal notes, with some earthy hops. Light malts, sweet fruit notes, plenty of earthy and herbal notes in this one. Pretty easy to drink.

This is an okay bitter. Hops are muted and the body is thin. Has a subtle fruity aroma.

Bottle. This is a lack luster bitter in a big fancy bottle. Not worth the time and money.
